Cancellation & Modification Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us here and provide your order number along with the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been processed.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled or modified within 6 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Please be informed that:

• We cannot guarantee timely delivery if your order requires design modification, especially during the holiday season, as it will take us longer to modify your design.
